FAQs

  • We currently ship to the UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

    We are not yet shipping to Europe – however, if you’re based in Europe and would like to order, please email info@pulluprecordings.co.uk to let us know. We may activate EU shipping based on demand.

  • UK: Usually 2–5 working days after dispatch.

    USA, Australia & New Zealand: Delivery times vary depending on location but typically take 7–21 working days after dispatch.

    Please note that during busy periods or due to customs delays, delivery may take longer.

  • Yes – we currently ship to the UK, USA, Australia, and New Zealand.

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged upon arrival.

  • Yes – you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of your order being delivered, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

    If you contact us after 14 days but within 28 days, you may return your item(s) for store credit instead.

  • Please email info@pulluprecordings.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you instructions once your return is approved.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and approving your returned item(s).

  • We’re sorry about that! Please contact info@pulluprecordings.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll sort it out quickly.

  • We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund or store credit and place a new order.

  • Yes – once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your order includes tracking, the email will also contain a tracking link so you can follow your delivery’s progress.
